Full job description

At Four Star Pizza, our team members are at the heart of everything we do. From creating great-tasting pizzas to delivering friendly service, you’ll play a key role in making sure every customer leaves happy.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same – one shift you might be stretching dough and preparing pizzas, the next you’ll be looking after customers, taking orders, or keeping the store running smoothly.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive as part of a team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing pizzas and other menu items to Four Star Pizza standards
Serving customers at the counter, by phone, and through digital ordering platforms
Delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
Supporting with stock management, deliveries, and general store upkeep
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the shift
Working closely with your colleagues and managers to keep service smooth and efficient

What We’re Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure during busy times
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
Good communication skills
Previous hospitality or retail experience is helpful, but not essential – we’ll give you full training.
