Summary

We are seeking a Baby Room Supervisor to join our team at Safe & Sound Day Nursery in GB. This vital role involves overseeing the care and development of our youngest children, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment that aligns with our values of excellence and compassion.
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the baby room team, ensuring high standards of care and education.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for infants.
Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and management.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Support staff development through coaching and training.
Monitor children's progress and document developmental milestones.
Collaborate with the wider nursery team to deliver a cohesive learning experience.
Qualifications
Proven management and leadership experience in a childcare or nursery setting.
Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Childcare Qualification or equivalent).
Experience working specifically with infants preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Valid driving license is advantageous but not essential.
Passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
