Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional spa treatments, ensuring clients experience relaxation and rejuvenation in a serene environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials and other specialised therapies
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the treatment suite
Ensure clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and well-informed about their treatments
Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, adhering to industry standards
Assist with the organisation of appointments and manage client records efficiently
Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and centre revenue

Qualifications and Attributes

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within a wellness or beauty environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and empathetically
A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional client care
Ability to work flexibly within scheduled shifts, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
Ability to work independently
