Salary: £13.00 per hour

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Banbury.

The Role

As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in our refrigerated multi-drop delivery operation, ensuring our customers receive their orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a hands-on role that combines driving responsibilities with manual handling and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out multi-drop refrigerated deliveries to commercial and high street customers.
Safely operate company vans on local and regional delivery routes.
Load and unload goods, ensuring products are handled with care.
Complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately.
Conduct daily vehicle checks and promptly report any defects or issues.
Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle, including basic maintenance checks such as fluids, oil, and AdBlue levels.
Follow all company procedures relating to health and safety and food hygiene.
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent DB Foods professionally at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A full UK Category B driving licence.
Previous multi-drop delivery experience (preferred but not essential).
Good physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual handling duties.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
A flexible approach to working hours and delivery schedules.
A reliable, punctual, and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
