Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
- Demonstrable track record of generating leads through social media campaigns, not just managing social channels
- Strong video creation and editing skills, particularly for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Experience creating professional graphics and promotional artwork using Canva or similar design tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Omnisend, or Klaviyo
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling hooks, captions, and calls-to-action
- Confident analysing campaign performance and using data to improve results
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially focused
- Able to work independently and deliver measurable results from day one
Highly Desirable
- Experience within B2B, industrial, facilities management, manufacturing, or service-based industries
- SEO and website content optimisation experience
- Experience working in a growth-focused marketing environment
The Opportunity
ATEX Premier Cleaning is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we're looking for a commercially minded Social Media & Lead Generation Executive to help drive it.
This is not a traditional social media role focused on posting content for engagement alone.
Your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads through strategic content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and conversion-focused marketing activity.
Working alongside our Senior Marketing Strategy Lead, you'll take ownership of our social channels, content production, and lead generation activities while helping build a scalable inbound marketing engine that directly contributes to business growth.
About ATEX Premier Cleaning
ATEX Premier Cleaning specialises in high-level industrial cleaning solutions for manufacturing and industrial environments.
Our innovative cleaning system allows sites to clean at heights of up to 16 metres from ground level, removing the need for costly access equipment such as scaffolding, cherry pickers, and MEWPs.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and optimising content that drives enquiries, demonstration bookings, and qualified leads across multiple digital channels.
This is a hands-on role that combines content creation, graphic design, video production, email marketing, analytics, and lead-generation strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation
- Create high-quality content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X
- Produce engaging short-form videos, including demonstrations, before-and-after results, client stories, and behind-the-scenes content
- Develop compelling hooks, messaging, and calls-to-action
- Repurpose content effectively across multiple channels
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral
- Create promotional graphics, campaign artwork, and marketing materials
- Design social media assets using Canva or similar tools
- Produce visuals for email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, leaflets, and presentations
- Update and maintain all client-facing marketing materials
Email Marketing
- Build and manage email campaigns and automated workflows
- Create newsletters, promotional mailers, nurture sequences, and re-engagement campaigns
- Design campaign artwork and supporting content
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on results
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Develop and manage social media lead-generation campaigns
- Create content designed to drive enquiries, demo bookings, and quote requests
- Monitor and improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel
- Support landing page and campaign content creation
- Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to improve lead quality and conversion performance
Analytics & Performance
- Track campaign performance across all channels
- Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Monitor lead volume, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Make data-led decisions to improve results
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Strategy Lead on campaign planning and execution
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer challenges and buying behaviour
- Support wider marketing initiatives including website content, case studies, and trade events
- Manage inbound social enquiries and ensure timely follow-up

Stage 2 – Interview & Strategy Presentation
Successful candidates will then be invited to interview and asked to present either:
- A 90-day lead-generation strategy
- A 90-day KPI plan
- A 90-day content and marketing roadmap
