The Stellantis Performance Academy is looking for a motivated and organised individual to join the team as a Business Administrator Apprentice. This apprenticeship provides a structured route into a professional business administration career, combining paid employment with a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. You will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to support the day-to-day running of a busy business environment.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gain valuable experience in administration, customer service, communication, record keeping and business processes, providing an excellent foundation for a long-term career in business administration.
Provide administrative support across different departments within the business.
Answer telephone calls, respond to emails and deal with customer enquiries in a professional manner.
Prepare, organise and maintain accurate business records, documents and filing systems.
Arrange meetings, appointments and maintain diaries where required.
Produce letters, reports, spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
Update and maintain internal databases and business systems.
Support the processing of invoices, purchase orders and other business documentation.
Assist with organising meetings, events and training activities.
Handle confidential information securely and in accordance with company procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
Attend all required apprenticeship training sessions and complete work-based assignments.
40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday.
Normal working hours are usually between 8:30am and 5:30pm, although these may vary depending on the employer.
Approximately 20% of your working week will be dedicated to Off-the-Job (OTJ) learning, delivered through online classrooms, face-to-face training sessions and block release at a training centre in XXX.
Apprentices are employed directly by Calex UK
Training includes week-long block release, which requires travel and overnight stays away from home.
Support is provided through:
Face-to-face classroom sessions
Virtual classroom sessions and e-learning
Workplace coaching and mentoring
All training is delivered in line with the Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard and ESFA requirements, providing a nationally recognised qualification and the practical skills needed for a successful career.
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Duration: 18 months, plus End Point Assessment (EPA)
Covers workplace competence, business knowledge, communication, organisation, project support and professional behaviours.
Successful completion provides a nationally recognised qualification and opportunities to progress into a range of business and administrative roles.
All apprentices are paid at least the National Minimum Apprenticeship Wage, with opportunities for progression as skills and experience develop.

Aged 16 or over.
GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4–9 (A*–C) in English and Maths. (Predicted grades are accepted, provided the final results meet the required entry requirements.)
Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and the ability to prioritise workload.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
