The Terrace Bar & Restaurant is a cocktail-led venue in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, with Hush Cocktail Bar & Nightclub bringing late-night DJs and events every weekend. We're an independent operation that takes great drinks and a brilliant atmosphere seriously. We need experienced mixologists and bartenders to join us — starting now.
THE ROLE
You'll work contracted weekend shifts across both The Terrace and Hush, rotating based on the rota and business levels. Typical hours: Friday and Saturday nights (e.g. 6pm–3:30am), with 8–16 hours contracted per weekend.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and shots at pace during peak late-night trade
- Deliver confident, engaging service across both a cocktail bar and nightclub environment
- Set up and break down the bar, manage stock and keep the bar clean, safe and organised throughout the night
- Maintain full compliance — Challenge 25, responsible service, no exceptions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Solid bar experience in a nightclub, late-night bar or high-volume cocktail venue
- Confident with cocktails, fast spirit pours, shots service and high-volume prep
- Comfortable working with DJs, live entertainment and a busy floor
- Strong guest service skills and good situational awareness
- Reliable and committed to weekend late-night work as your core availability
- Over 18 and eligible to work in the UK
