Full job description

Orthodontic Dental Receptionist

Part-time | 24 hours per week | Weekdays & some Saturdays

We're looking for an experienced and friendly Orthodontic Receptionist to join our brand-new specialist orthodontic practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, providing excellent service and creating a positive experience for every patient

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out.
Book and manage appointments efficiently.
Answer telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Process payments and assist with finance queries.
Support the clinical team with patient flow and administration.
Keep the reception area organised and professional.
Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the patient journey.

About You

Previous reception experience is essential.
Orthodontic/ Dental experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident using computer systems (experience with dental software is an advantage).
Able to manage a busy diary and prioritise workload.
Friendly, professional and patient-focused.
