Background
KingdomWay is an active and growing church family based in Banchory, Aberdeenshire. Through our compassion ministries we support hundreds of people in our local community each month providing practical help and pastoral care through a range of wrap‑around support services.
The aim of KingdomWay Compassion is to see the lives of those who are struggling improved, not just through meeting their immediate needs but by creating pathways to independence. We want to bring hope in desperate situations, helping people to overcome the underlying issues contributing to their situation.
Our compassion services currently include our innovative Restart Social Supermarket, our local CAP Debt Centre, CAP Life Skills Groups, Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups, and Compassion Café drop-in sessions.
This isn’t just a job. It’s an invitation to be part of a community that loves God, loves our neighbours, and makes disciples - a church family pursuing the ways of the Kingdom in a real, relational, and faithful way.

In addition to a successful interview with the church, the successful candidate will also need to have a second interview with CAP prior to the offer of any role. A copy of CAP’s own criteria for suitable candidates is available on request.
