Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and personable Beauty Therapist/Nail Technician to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' beauty and confidence through expert treatments. This role involves delivering high-quality services in a welcoming environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail services
Apply makeup for clients attending special occasions or photo shoots
Provide personalised skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional advice
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality
Promote retail products to clients to support their ongoing beauty routines

Experience

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
Strong makeup application skills with an eye for colour coordination and detail
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to build rapport with clients and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Good organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently and maintain hygiene standards
Prior experience working in a professional salon environment is advantageous but not mandatory
