About Us

Signatures Restaurant is a highly regarded, modern British restaurant in Conwy known for exceptional service, fresh local produce, and a consistently high standard of cuisine. We are expanding our kitchen team and seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our brigade.

Role Overview

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section to the highest standard, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency during service. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver a refined dining experience and contribute to menu development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Signatures’ high standards
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
Support junior chefs with training and guidance
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Contribute ideas for new dishes, specials, and seasonal menus
Ensure all equipment and workspaces are kept clean, organised, and compliant with regulations

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Commitment to maintaining high culinary standards
Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred)
