Office Administrator

Campbell Grindlay Engineering Ltd

Established in 1996, Campbell Grindlay Engineering Ltd is a well-established steel fabrication and engineering company based on the outskirts of Llangefni, Anglesey. Due to continued growth and an increasing workload across local and North West contracts, we are seeking to recruit an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the management team and assist with the day-to-day running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and long-standing engineering business in a varied and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

General office administration and clerical duties
Answering and directing telephone calls and emails
Maintaining company records and filing systems
Processing purchase orders, invoices and delivery documentation
Assisting with payroll and timesheet administration
Liaising with suppliers, customers and site personnel
Preparing reports, correspondence and other business documents
Supporting management with project administration and scheduling
Ensuring office systems and records are kept up to date

Requirements

Previous administration experience essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a professional approach to work

Working Hours

· Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm with with ½ hour lunch break.

Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

Location

Based on the outskirts of Llangefni, Anglesey.
