Are you a highly organised, professional and discreet Personal Assistant looking to support senior leadership within NHS Wales? We’re seeking a proactive individual to join our People Services team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide comprehensive, confidential support to the Associate Director for People Services. You’ll manage a busy diary, coordinate meetings and committees, prepare reports and briefings, and act as a key point of contact for colleagues across the Health Board and wider partners.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, excellent IT abilities, and experience in minute-taking and administrative coordination are essential.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a central role in supporting workforce priorities and contributing to the effective delivery of People Services across the organisation.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
To provide effective, efficient, accurate, prompt and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Associate Director for People Services
Ensuring high quality secretarial support is provided and ensuring effective communication between internal and external colleagues.
The post holder will be able to react to and implement changes to service as directed by the Associate Director of People Services.
The post holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
