About the Role

Bangor has a growing mix of creative businesses local brands and professional services and at Powerslide Creative Design Services we create visual work that helps clients communicate clearly and consistently across print and digital channels.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can develop high quality visual materials support brand projects and contribute to day to day creative production across a varied client portfolio.

You will work closely with content marketing project and client service teams to turn briefs into clear engaging and practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design: Create professional graphics layouts and branded materials for digital and print use.

Brand Support: Apply existing brand guidelines consistently and help develop new visual concepts where required.

Digital Content: Produce creative assets for websites social media email campaigns presentations and online marketing activity.

Print Production: Prepare artwork for brochures posters signage promotional materials and other printed items.

Project Collaboration: Work with project coordinators content specialists and client teams to understand briefs and deliver work against agreed timelines.

Artwork Preparation: Prepare final files accurately and ensure dimensions formats resolution and production requirements are correct.

Design Updates: Revise creative work based on feedback while maintaining quality consistency and project objectives.

Asset Management: Maintain organised design files templates brand assets and supporting creative resources.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in graphic design visual communication creative production or a closely related role.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showing practical design work across branding digital content print or marketing materials is preferred.

Design Skills: Good understanding of typography layout colour composition and visual hierarchy.

Tools: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign is preferred. Familiarity with Figma or similar digital design tools is an advantage.

Communication: Able to interpret briefs ask relevant questions and explain design decisions clearly to colleagues and clients.

Organisation: Comfortable managing multiple design tasks deadlines revisions and file requirements at the same time.

Attention to Detail: Able to check artwork carefully and maintain consistent quality across different formats and channels.

Mindset: You are creative organised and dependable. You respond positively to feedback take ownership of your work and focus on producing clear professional design that meets both client and project needs.

Pay: £2,400.00-£2,800.00 per month
