We’re growing our Lenziemill driver team and looking for professional Class 1 Drivers to support our busy M&S operation this summer and beyond

Whether you prefer trunking, store deliveries, tramping, or shunting, you’ll be joining a fast-paced logistics operation with consistent work, modern vehicles, and a supportive transport team behind you with genuine long-term opportunities.

What You’ll Get

£19.22 per hour
£23.07 per hour Saturday & Sunday days / £24.99 per hour Saturday & Sunday nights

Shift Information

Hours: 40 hours

Shift pattern and Start Times:

Thu to Mon 18:00- 04:00
Tue to Sat 19:00-05:00
Thu to Mon 17:00-03:00

The Role

Shunting

A key role supporting the smooth running of the site and ensuring trailers are positioned safely and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

Moving trailers around the yard and site safely
Positioning trailers for loading and unloading
Supporting transport and warehouse operations on site
Maintaining safe working standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 18 months Class 1 driving experience
Driver CPC qualification
A driving record that meets our internal safety and compliance standards
Professional and safety-focused approach
Reliable, team-focused attitude
Comfortable with manual handling where required
