About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Creative Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for graphic design and digital content creation who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce engaging visual content across print, digital, social media, and video platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and basic video editing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, posters, presentations, and digital advertisements.
Create engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
Produce simple motion graphics, animations, and video titles where required.
Prepare artwork for print and digital publication.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
Ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines.
Organise project files and manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.
Keep up to date with design trends, social media content, and creative best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

A qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related creative field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work.
Basic video editing skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
Photography or videography experience.Knowledge of Canva and social media content creation.Understanding of digital marketing and branding.Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Location

This role is based at our offices in Epsom, Surrey.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
