- Maintain awareness of customer welfare and safety at all times.
- Ensure front-of-house areas remain clean, organised, and presentable.
- Undertake routine cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Set up, move, and pack away furniture and equipment for events.
- Assist with bar operations, including setting up and serving alcohol where required.
- Support car parking operations and visitor management.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues across the wider Arnos Vale team.
- Represent Arnos Vale professionally and positively to visitors and event attendees.

- A practical approach to hands-on and physical tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when required.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Commitment to our values and willingness to work within a cemetery environment.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
Desirable

You'll thrive in a lively workplace, demonstrate resilience in day-to-day operations, and enjoy the variety that comes with supporting a diverse programme of events.
