As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Paraplanning Administrator to join our team.

The Role
Working closely with our advisers and paraplanning team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice to our clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring client information is accurate and up to date, supporting the preparation of recommendations and reports, and helping maintain the high standards of service our clients expect.
Duties
Client Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Process new business applications and provider correspondence.
- Upload, organise and manage client documentation.
- Prepare client files for adviser and paraplanner meetings.
Paraplanning Support
- Gather information from providers and third parties.
- Assist with financial research and information gathering.
- Support the preparation of suitability reports and recommendation documents.
- Produce illustrations, valuations and supporting documentation as required.
Compliance and Quality
- Ensure all client files and documentation meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Support file checking and quality assurance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
Team Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, providers and professional connections in a professional manner.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Professional, reliable and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and develop within the financial planning profession.
Essential Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 5/C or above.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
