Join White Rabbit Hospitality as Bar Supervisor – Support the Best Bar in Cambridge at Graduate Cambridge
Punts gliding past, sun setting over the Cam, and a bar that buzzes from first pour to last orders. This is where Cambridge comes to drink, and we need a strong number two to help lead it.
Graduate Cambridge sits on the banks of the River Cam, a hotel woven into the fabric of one of the world's most storied university cities. As part of White Rabbit Hospitality, we are on a mission to be the world's leading hospitality incubator, and our bar is one of the most exciting stages in the building. As Bar Supervisor, you will work hand in hand with our Bar Manager, running shifts, raising standards, and shaping the guest experience at the heart of it all.
This isn't a role where you simply count stock and cash up. This is a role where you set the tone on the floor, coach the team beside you, and act as the Bar Manager's trusted right hand. You will be the standard-bearer behind the bar, the calm head on a packed Saturday night, and the person who keeps service flying when the pace picks up.
At White Rabbit Hospitality, everything we do is guided by our values: Hospitality is at our core, We do the right thing, We pursue excellence, and We are all entrepreneurs.
