About the Role
Antwerp Dental Group is seeking a highly organised individual with a strong dental background to join our management team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Dental Practice Manager, Senior Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, or Operations Administrator who is looking to progress into a finance and business management role within a successful multi-practice dental group.
You do not need to be a qualified accountant. However, you must be comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, data analysis, and financial reporting. Full training will be provided in practice finance, profit and loss reporting, key performance indicators, and business analytics.
The successful candidate will work closely with our accounts team, practice managers, and directors to ensure accurate financial information is gathered, analysed, and reported across our dental practices.
Key Responsibilities Financial Administration
- Collate associate dentist schedules and supporting information.
- Gather payroll information and liaise with payroll providers.
- Compile supplier invoices and expenditure data.
- Support month-end financial reporting processes.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.
Performance & Business Analysis
- Maintain and develop spreadsheets and performance dashboards.
- Track key business metrics across multiple dental practices.
- Monitor financial ratios and KPIs including:
- Dental materials costs
- Laboratory costs
- Staff costs
- Associate performance
- Practice profitability
- Assist managers in understanding and improving financial performance
- Review success of marketing campaigns
Operational Support
- Work alongside practice managers to improve business processes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with special projects and business improvement initiatives.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Essential
- Has experience working within a dental practice environment.
- Has worked as a Dental Practice Manager, Senior Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, or similar role.
- Is highly organised and detail orientated.
- Is confident using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
- Is comfortable working with numbers and financial information.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay: From £36,400.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cambridge CB1 3NW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
