You’ll need a keen eye for detail, a proven track record in all aspects of landscape construction, and experience leading high end residential landscaping projects from start to sign off.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead and manage residential landscaping projects on time and within budget.
- 3+ years of experience leading a landscaping team of 2–3 landscapers on-site.
- Expertise in reading design drawings, setting out sites and levels, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Experience using plant machinery safely.
- Advanced knowledge in laying paving, setts, stone, blockwork, brickwork, and retaining walls.
- Excellence in constructing decking, fencing, and timber structures.
- Understanding of shrub and tree planting, turfing, and seeding.
