Full job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established law firm at our Lincoln branch. The position of Office Assistant is an entry level role with the potential for progression throughout the firm. Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship with Macarthur Dean, all training is provided.

Key tasks will include:

Post scanning and distribution
Reception cover includes answering calls and greeting clients.
Local office deliveries and purchases
Preparing rooms and refreshments for meetings
Admin tasks as required.
