Weekend Party & Events Assistant
Little Lion Events SW LTD is a growing family-run party and events business based in South Wales. We specialise in soft play hire, bouncy castles, children’s parties, sleepovers, balloon styling, and event setups.
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking team member to join us on a flexible zero-hours basis, mainly covering weekends and the occasional weekday during busy periods.
This is a hands-on mobile role involving deliveries, setups, pack-downs, and helping create amazing experiences for customers.
Responsibilities
- Collecting and returning equipment from company storage
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Delivering equipment to homes and venues across South Wales
- Setting up soft play, bouncy castles, sleepovers, balloons, and event decor
- Packing down events efficiently and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service
- Representing the company professionally while on site
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Available weekends and occasional weekdays
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting equipment
- Friendly, professional, and confident with customers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in events, hospitality, childcare, or customer service
- Creative/styling experience
- Experience driving vans or larger vehicles
- Social media/content creation skills
