Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
- Previous experience working within a professional clinic or salon.
- Current treatment certificates and practical experience in:
- Brow Lamination
- Lash Lifts
- Intimate Waxing
- Microneedling
- Laser Hair Removal
- Chemical Peels
- Evidence of ongoing CPD and commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills.
- A warm, professional and confident manner with clients.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to the wider team.
- Excellent attention to detail. As a medically-led clinic, maintaining accurate consultation notes and treatment records is an essential part of the role to ensure medical compliance, continuity of care and the highest standards of client safety.
- Available to work every Saturday.
Desirable Experience

Your Responsibilities
You'll play an important role in delivering the exceptional standards our clients have come to expect by:
- Delivering high-quality beauty and skin treatments.
- Carrying out thorough consultations and maintaining accurate client records.
- Providing outstanding client care before, during and after treatments.
- Maintaining exceptional treatment room standards, cleanliness and infection control procedures.
- Recommending appropriate skincare products and treatment plans.
- Supporting client retention through excellent service, rebooking and product recommendations.
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinic team.
- Participating in social media content where appropriate to showcase the clinic and your work.
Growing With Us
Sugar Box Clinic is entering an exciting period of growth, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us.
As we continue to expand our services and client base, we're working towards extending our opening hours from our current 10:00am–6:00pm clinic days to 8:00am–8:00pm, giving greater flexibility to our clients.
During this growth phase, we're looking for a therapist who is happy to support the wider clinic where needed. Alongside delivering treatments, there will be opportunities to assist on reception, ensuring every client receives the warm, professional welcome that Sugar Box Clinic is known for.
Everyone in our clinic works together. Whether it's greeting clients, supporting colleagues or helping the day run smoothly, we're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
As our appointment book grows, so will the opportunity to increase your treatment diary.
