Full job description

Job Overview
We’re looking for an organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our team in Lenham Heath, Kent. You’ll play an important part in keeping our office running smoothly day to day, while also helping with compliance, HR, and health & safety tasks.

Core Office Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Answer phone calls, receive deliveries, and welcome visitors.
Manage incoming and outgoing post and emails.
Schedule staff appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and send reminders.
Maintain employee annual leave records and update Outlook calendars accordingly.
Keep filing systems accurate and up to date (both digital and paper-based).
Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

Day-to-Day Duties

Use our management system to set up new jobs and generate order acknowledgements, proformas, purchase orders, and invoices.
Check goods received promptly and report any discrepancies.
Prepare accurate delivery tickets and maintain the delivery schedule.
Liaise closely with the production team to track job progress, update customers, and coordinate delivery dates.
Stay organised and proactive to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately and on time.

Additional duties

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Hours

Mon-Thurs 7.30am to 4.30pm, Fri 7.30am-3.30pm (41.5hrs/week)

Salary

Salary shown is for 41.5hrs/week for ages 21+

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
