Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet organisational needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced environment, utilising innovative recruitment strategies and HR technology platforms. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Duties

Lead generation: utilise various channels including social media management and online job boards to identify potential candidates.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to organise and track recruitment activities efficiently.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for roles across the organisation.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Utilise HRIS systems to update candidate information and generate recruitment reports.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted job descriptions.
Manage social media platforms to promote vacancies and enhance employer branding.
Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating smooth integration of new hires.
Stay informed about industry best practices in human resources and recruitment strategies.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft.
Experience with HRIS platforms like HRIS systems or similar tools for data management.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques specific to talent acquisition, including social media management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Relationship management skills to build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
Basic understanding of human resources principles and employment legislation. This position is paid in accordance with organisational policies, offering an excellent platform for professional growth within the human resources field.

Pay: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
