Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of service in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, team management, and culinary practices. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Oversee kitchen activities, collaborating with chefs to maintain menu quality and presentation.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Implement marketing strategies to enhance restaurant visibility and attract new customers.
Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant premises to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
Prepare reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance for management review.

Skills
