Artplus-signs is a creative signage and visual branding company specializing in high-quality signage production, installation coordination, and innovative display solutions. We work with businesses across multiple industries to bring brands to life through impactful visual experiences.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Signage Production Coordinator to join our London team at The Shard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills and a passion for production, design, and project management within the signage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate signage production schedules, materials, and workflow processes
Liaise with designers, suppliers, production teams, and installers to ensure project completion on time
Track project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Prepare production documentation, quotations, and work orders
Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of materials when required
Ensure all signage projects meet client specifications and company standards
Maintain communication with clients regarding production updates and delivery schedules
Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in signage, printing, production coordination, or project administration preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, or large-format printing is an advantage
