Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Relief Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic nursery environment.
- To assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the base rooms
- Create a safe and stimulating environment where children thrive
- Organise and plan activities promoting children's individual development and interests
- To liaise with other professionals and parents and ensure high levels of communication and partnership working are maintained at all times.
- Work with the team to monitor and evaluate the quality of the service provided
- Work closely as a key person with children and families
- Be an effective role model to the children
- Support practitioners during meal times and activities
- Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
