Our team supports adults with a wide range of care needs, including personal care, assistance with everyday tasks, companionship, medication support and more complex care requirements.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping to promote their independence, dignity, comfort and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication reminders
Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each person's needs
Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care
Assist with light domestic tasks to promote a safe and comfortable environment
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents or clients
Support with health monitoring and reporting any concerns to senior staff.

Experience:

Previous experience working in care or providing home care is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication
Basic IT skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records and updating care plans
Driving experience and a valid driving licence are essential for this roles as it involves travelling between locations
Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with residents, families, and colleagues

Full UK driving licence.
Own vehicle available for work-related travel.
