Admin Support

Based in West Cumbria this Project Support role provides a wide range of administrative duties and technical support.

Providing PA support to key personnel including preparing presentations and organising workshops and meetings (including taking minutes).

Provide support to key meetings, managing conference bookings

Managing the coordination of IT equipment for new starters ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, including delivering building inductions.

Manage the Off-site Location Database.

Additional ad hoc duties as required

The Person

Previous administration experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Ability to manage and interface with stakeholders at all levels
Collaborative working style
High attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility to travel to other locations as and when necessary
