Position Summary
As a Process Technologist , you will work as part of a team supporting the production area providing a technical service. This will involve provision of troubleshooting, working on technical projects & supply of technical data. Your role will span work undertaken in the production environment. All work must be conducted in compliance with specified GMP and EHS standards.
In this role you will…
Be able to manage a number of priorities and responsible for Project Delivery and work in an agile way to deliver multiple project milestones with cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on product quality, and compliance. Execute and support process validation, process performance qualification (PPQ), and continued process verification (CPV) for primarily Dermatological formulations, including cleaning. Operational Support: Act as point of contact or first line Technical support for root cause analysis of material/product/processing/cleaning issues and rapid resolution; use multiple sources of data and data interpretation methods. Quality Compliance: Lead or assist in FMEAs, risk assessments, deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive action closures participate in safety and quality audits. Safety Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Bachelors/Masters/PHD degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or another related field.
Technical or industry experience within pharmaceuticals or biotechnologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with cGMP, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Strong project management and self-organisation skills.
