Job Description: Delivery driver - Appliance Installation Specialist & Handyman

Location: Potters Bar. EN6 3JN

Job Summary:
As an Appliance Installation Specialist & Handyman, you will be responsible for the installation of freestanding washing machines, dishwashers, and American fridges. You will work alongside another team member to ensure that all appliances are properly connected to water pipes and fully operational. While training will be provided, prior experience in appliance installation and basic handyman skills are highly desirable. A valid driving license is essential as you will be required to drive to various locations for installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install freestanding washing machines, dishwashers, and American fridges, ensuring all water pipe connections are correctly made.
Perform minor handyman tasks related to appliance installation.
Lift and maneuver heavy appliances with the assistance of a second team member.
Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions customers may have about their new appliances.
Drive to various locations for installations, ensuring timely and safe arrival.
Follow company protocols and safety guidelines during installation.

Qualifications:

Valid UK driving license is essential and the ability to drive is required and license must be 1 years old.
Experience in installing kitchen appliances is highly preferred.
Basic handyman skills, particularly in plumbing and electrical connections.
Ability to lift and move heavy appliances, such as American fridges, with the help of a team member.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Training:
While previous experience in appliance installation is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
