Full job description

**CASH HANDLING & POST OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL**

We require an organised individual to work in a fast paced environment within a busy Post Office, mails experience is beneficial. You may be required to go to other branches too.

Working hours will be Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm

FULL TIME

Training will be depending on the applicant's experience

As a Post Office Counter Clerk, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and managing daily transactions. This role requires strong cash handling skills and proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. You will utilize your organizational and administrative experience to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records. Your ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person will enhance customer interactions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Responsibilities

Process customer transactions efficiently, including cash handling and payment processing.
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with various postal services.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper data entry into the system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Uphold phone etiquette while handling customer calls and inquiries.
