Equans is looking for 3x Estates Officer to join our team in Rotherham on a permanent basis.

This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?

Planning and prioritising work within recognised safe systems and in accordance with all aspects of health and safety legislation at all times.
Undertake any training as identified through the performance review process continually seeking improvement and developing best practice.
Seasonal cyclical works, fly tipping, graffiti removal, grass cutting, hedge cutting, moss clearance, clearing of communal bins, needle removal, flea eradication
Adhere to and apply legislation and Equans procedures as appropriate.
Understand the aims and objectives of Equans and your service area, together with your role in service delivery.
Participate in a team working approach to the allocation of duties, supporting and working effectively with colleagues to provide good working relationships within the service.
Ensure the Borough is kept free of litter and is well presented
Clean and tidy streets free from debris, well-kept grassland & graffiti not visible
