Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Fashion Consultant/Stylist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional styling advice and personalised shopping experiences to our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your fashion expertise, organisational skills, and multilingual abilities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about fashion and customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in selecting clothing and accessories that complement their personal style, body shape, and occasion.
Offer personalised styling advice tailored to individual preferences and current trends.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing retail environment through merchandising and stock management.
Upsell products effectively by understanding client needs and promoting relevant items.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and attentive service.
Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, brands, and industry developments.
Manage appointments and client follow-ups efficiently using organisational skills and time management.
Support the team in visual displays, promotional events, and stock replenishment as required.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English; additional language skills such as Spanish or other languages are highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients confidently.
Experience or knowledge in merchandising, fashion styling, or retail sales is preferred.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Effective time management to ensure punctuality and meet client appointments.
Phone etiquette skills to communicate professionally with clients over calls.
Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating initiative independently.
Multilingual or bilingual candidates will have a distinct advantage in serving diverse clientele.
