Full job description

We are looking for a skilled Full-Time Butcher to join our busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to help us continue with our ever growing business where fresh ideas are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing, cutting, boning, and trimming meat to a high standard.
Maintaining attractive product displays and ensuring stock availability.
Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Adhering to all food hygiene, health and safety regulations.
Assisting with stock control and deliveries.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Operating butchery equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements

Previous butchery experience is essential.
Good knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Food Hygiene/HACCP knowledge desiable
