Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and proficient computer skills to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment. The Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining organisational workflows, managing correspondence, and supporting data entry tasks to uphold the company's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining accurate records through data entry and filing systems
Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimise workflow efficiency
Preparing correspondence, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Assisting with invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping via Xero
Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Responding promptly to internal and external communications to facilitate effective information flow

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and administrative procedures
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to type accurately and efficiently under pressure
Familiarity with Xero accounting software is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided as needed

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
