Our Digital Computing & Software Development provision supports learners in developing the technical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the rapidly evolving tech sector.
This is a development role, designed specifically for candidates with industry experience in computing, IT, or software development who are ready to take their next step into teaching. You do not need prior teaching experience—we will fully support and develop you into an exceptional teacher.
You’ll bring your real-world knowledge into the classroom, helping learners connect theory to practice while building in-demand digital skills.

Has current or recent industry experience in computing, IT, or software development
Is passionate about sharing knowledge and inspiring the next generation
Has strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people
Is motivated to train and develop into a teaching role, with full support from the College

Is committed to making a real difference in learners’ lives
Teaching experience is not essential — this role is ideal for industry professionals looking to transition into education.
