What you'll do
As Head of Faculty, you'll:
- Lead the Construction, Engineering & Motor Vehicle Faculty, setting a clear vision for excellence.
- Create a culture where outstanding teaching, learning and student achievement are at the heart of everything we do.
- Drive quality improvement, performance and learner outcomes across the faculty.
- Lead, support and challenge teaching, assessment and support staff to achieve their very best.
- Develop strong employer partnerships that enhance the student experience and respond to industry needs.
- Play an active role within the College Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction and continued success of the College.
