What you’ll be doing
Provide ongoing learning and development advice to Service Personnel throughout their careers.
Promote and support access to funded external learning opportunities, including e-learning.
Find new ways to promote LDO Hub services using a range of media and materials.
Work with LDO colleagues to deliver L&D interviews, schedule Hub events, and support learners.
Provide learning resources and maintain accurate education records in JPA.
Coordinate and approve learning credit schemes for eligible learners.
Organise, promote, and deliver annual L&D open days and unit‑level briefings.
Raise awareness of Resettlement support and provide 2nd Line Resettlement guidance in line with policy.
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to plan and prioritise resources effectively –
Be proficient in Microsoft Office (M365) applications
Strong Administration experience
Desirable:
Any qualification in education and teaching, or learning and development (or equivalent)
Experience of qualifications in Coaching & Mentoring
