We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting clients with their technology, and ensuring reliable, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

Provide first- and second-line technical support to clients across telecoms and IT services
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues (remote and on-site)
Escalate complex cases to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary
Configure, install, and maintain telecoms, networking, and IT systems
Log and manage support tickets through the company CRM/helpdesk system
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
Deliver excellent customer service, keeping clients updated throughout issue resolution
Support the roll-out of new products, updates, and upgrades
Assist the sales and project teams with technical input when required

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
Good knowledge of networking, telecoms, or IT systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage priorities in a busy support environment
Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (for on-site visits)

Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Based full-time at:

Commpliment House, Upcott Park, Pottington, Barnstaple, EX31 1AD
