About the role…
Due to commercial success leading to growth and an increase in workload we are currently recruiting for a personable, friendly Administrator with excellent Customer Service experience skills to join our busy office based in Barnstaple.

The main duties within this role will be processing of sales orders onto a SAP system alongside any administrative requirements, therefore a high level of accuracy and administration competence is essential whilst providing top level customer service via digital and telephone. (Full in-house training will be provided)
With the business evolving at pace administrative support for all departments will be a requirement, therefore versatility and appetite for variety will be a necessity.
Key Job Functions…
· Processing orders within our SAP System. Sending accurate confirmations to customers with key details code, price, due date & delivery address.
· Changing and updating of sales orders based upon customer request.
· Answer and distribute phone calls coming into the Sales Office to the relevant person/department.
· Accurately inputting all calls into a call log.
· Providing customers with support via phone and email.
· Maintaining and updating customer records.
· Providing administrative support to other departments when required.
