THE ROLE
Working in an incredibly fast paced environment with high expectations we are looking for an experienced Export Sales Administrator to play a key role in our very busy Sales Admin Department. You will have experience with different shipping methods and understand all Inco Terms and be familiar with export documentation, etc. You will support the International Account Manager and be responsible for dealing with all export enquiries and export customers. Ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately, invoiced, dispatched etc giving all our customers an outstanding end to end customer service experience no matter how big or small. Dealing with over 35+ countries you will have experience with different delivery methods and understand all Inco Terms.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
· Processing all Export orders accurately within the relevant time frames and ensuring all customer and country requirements are adhered to, following the whole process from receipt of order to product delivery and after sales support.
- Evaluate all incoming orders against system information, ensuring orders are in line with agreed terms and customers’ requirements
- Taking ownership of assigned sales orders and following through until completion and problem solving as needed.
- Dealing with internal and external queries relating to customers’ orders
· Arranging shipments/delivery with freight forwarders including obtaining quotes, liaising with third party warehouse, customers etc. to include negotiating freight rates and ensuring best possible prices
· Obtaining and preparing export documentation such as commercial invoices, certificate of origin, certificate of free sale, BSE free certificate, EUR1 HM Customs documentation etc
- Raising all necessary documentation related to the customer requirements/orders ie new line forms etc.
- Liaison with the warehouse and 3rd Party logistics companies

- Whilst the role is predominantly for an Export Sales Administrator the chosen candidate will be expected to provide help and back up and holiday cover on UK Sales Admin as necessary and be part of the Sales Admin team.
- Running reports as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years Export sales support experience in a similar environment
- Full understanding of all Incoterms
- Experience in dealing with freight forwarders and transport companies
- Numerate and accurate with exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
- Highly organised and a definite TEAM player
- Self-motivated, proactive, hardworking and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- A medium to advanced user of Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Strong administrative, time management and organization skills
