Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to licensing laws
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling payments and issuing receipts
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and alcohol service
Requirements
- Previous bartender or mixologist experience in hospitality or food service is essential
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Proven time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude towards customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
