Full job description

Mellex Group Limited is a family run company trading for over 25 years, in August 2021 the company acquired Leggat Plant Limited, Bridgend Hire Limited, and Bridgend Training Limited.

Due to continuing growth, we require a full-time Finance Assistant Manager to assist the Finance Director and Finance Manager.

Role:

Maintaining Debtors Ledger.
Maintaining Creditors Ledger.
Sending out Monthly Customer statements.
Management of Accounts receivable including receipts.
Credit Control
Enter all nominal/cashbook transactions
Reconciliation of Bank.
Monthly trial balance reconciliation.
Providing general administration support throughout the company.
Any other ad hoc duties.
Experience, skills, and qualifications:
Experience in a similar role 3 years minimum.
Knowledge of Sage 200 and Syrinx would be an advantage but not compulsory (full training will be given).
Must be polite, and act in a professional manner.
Confident and effective communicator, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Must be able to prioritise workload and ability to work independently whilst being an excellent team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
