Duties
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighbourhoods to raise awareness about our programmes
- Engage with residents in a professional, respectful, and approachable manner
- Clearly communicate the organisation’s message and answer any questions from the public
- Distribute promotional materials and collect feedback or contact details for follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes during canvassing sessions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach targets and optimise campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Previous experience in marketing or customer service is advantageous but not essential
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a wider community base
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various neighbourhoods
- Reliable transportation and organisational skills for managing schedules and territories
