Full job description

Transport Coordinator
Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate preferably will have previous experience working within the construction industry and be responsible for coordinating all orders and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily transport.
Schedule and manage deliveries, and collections.
Liaise with site managers, drivers, suppliers, and customers.
Ensure all transport activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records and transport documentation. .
Provide regular updates to sales team regarding delivery schedules and transport requirements.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Transport Coordinator role within the construction industry is preferred.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads. .
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
