The Crooklands is an independently owned Hotel, Restaurant and Inn conveniently located close to J36 of the M6 motorway.

We are looking for a hard working and reliable Chef De Partie or Junior Soius Chef to join our kitchen team

Duties and Responsibilities

To prepare, cook and serve food at the required service time and standard
To undertake any catering task as directed by the Head Chef
To complete any administration as requested including food temperatures, wastage and cleaning schedules etc.
To ensure the kitchen is maintained in a clean, organised manner ensuring all food safety and health & safety policies and procedures are followed.
To communicate to team and client staff in a polite, efficient manner
Flexibility to work split shifts including weekends

Skills and Qualifications

You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
Motivated and possessing a sense of pride in your work
A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach
Well organised and punctual
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
