Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Hull Office. This role is essential in supporting our operations by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office functions, and contributing to our overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
Answer phone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately.
Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain financial records.
Generating sales invoices and Client Fee quotes
Maintain incoming and outgoing purchase orders on the Quick Books Accounting software
Collate team time sheets and updating project Job numbers
Onboarding new team members with HR documents and IT requirements
Main point of contact for visitors, ensuring Studio and meeting rooms are presentable
Maintaining office stationary equipment
Other ADHOC duties as required

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Quick Books experience is preferred but training will be provided
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
